Set between Corio Bay and Barwon River, Bellerine Townhomes takes its cue from the unique relationship between water, landscape and community. The identity draws on these connections, using subtle references and layered tones to evoke a sense of calm and a distinctly coastal way of life. 

This idea extended into the printed brochure, where gradients were applied to translucent acetate stock to represent the Barwon River, the Bellerine Peninsula and Geelong. As the colours overlap, they reveal the relationship between these three places, creating a tactile expression of the project’s connection to its surroundings.
