Developed for Chiam Capital, Student Sanctuary is a scalable brand system designed to support a growing portfolio of student accommodations. The identity is anchored in the idea of a “sanctuary”, calm, nurturing environments where students feel safe, supported and connected. Each residence is named after a native Australian plant, creating a living system of identities that symbolise local culture, growth and belonging.

Designed as an evolving framework, future projects will continue this approach, with each new residence adopting its own Australian plant name and distinct identity while remaining connected under the broader Student Sanctuary umbrella.

The first expression of the system, Acacia, draws from the native plant’s distinctive form, translating its soft structure and natural rhythm into a calm, welcoming identity.
